Orders Tracking
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

About Shipping Insurance
Note: You can choose whether to purchase it. Amount of shipping insurance: 3% of sales are charged as shipping insurance.
- For orders with shipping insurance, you are free to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product,Mondawe can create a free return label for you.
- For orders without shipping insurance, you will need to pay extra for return shipping. We can create a return label for you, when we receive the product back, we will subtract the return shipping cost from the original purchase amount, the remaining amount will be returned to your payment account, please pay attention to the account information alert. You can also choose to send it back yourself, but need to provide us with the tracking number and carrier
- For customers who purchase shipping insurance, if the product is lost / the customer accidentally lost parts, we are free to replace the customer
